Staff are very pleasant to deal with. This was my third massage at Grand Central and I'm very happy with their service. Tanya is excellent, she finds and releases tight muscles with minimal discomfort and immediate relief. The atmosphere is calming and relaxing. I'll definitely be back for my regular Massages. I had an excellent experience with Tanya’s remedial massage. She focused carefully on the areas that needed the most attention and ensured I was comfortable throughout the session. I left feeling significantly better and much more relaxed. Tanya also took the time to recommend other services that may be beneficial, which I greatly appreciated. She explained that each of her colleagues has their own unique techniques, so it is worthwhile to try different therapists depending on your body’s needs. The facilities are cozy, clean, and very relaxing.

I came in today, for the first time, for a half-hour remedial massage and it was absolutely amazing. The massage therapist proactively checked if I had any concerns or injuries - I did pull my upper back and had trouble releasing the tension myself. They then emphasised on the area and during the process, they constantly asked if I was alright with the pressure. Finally, they offered tea/water after the session. Overall, I am very satisfied with the massage and would highly recommend this to anyone after a relaxing and/or therapeutic session.

I’ve been 4 times now and every single time has been 11/10. I find that some massage places you go to are great once or twice but then drop off, but these guys are excellent every time. The fit-out is beautiful, the service is lovely and they take their time & put a lot of care into your experience.
